Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, Windward Pointe 1104 is close to everything to make for a wonderful vacation. Brand new appliances and cabinets as well as tile and luxury vinyl blank flooring throughout. This freshly painted 11th floor beachfront condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 10 with a large, private gulf-front balcony with unrestricted Gulf views from sunrise to sunset; big flat screen hi-def LCD/LED TVs; all Blu-ray players; surround sound and free high speed wireless Internet included.

Like many people, I fell in love with Orange Beach after a recent vacation. Whether you're a first-time visitor or you've been to the Gulf Coast many times, I hope that you will consider my beachfront condo for your next vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there is plenty of room for family and friends to gather while making wonderful memories at the beach.

With 1,260 square feet, you and your guests can spread out and get comfy. Whether you want to relax to the sounds of the Gulf or take in the breathtaking views from this 11th floor balcony, you're in your home-away-from home, and the view from the couch isn't bad either!

Balcony & Living Room

With comfortable seating and superb views, lounging is practiced here. Included are a 1080p 60-inch flat screen LED TV with a 5.1 surround sound system and Blu-ray player. The stereo system also allows you to connect your smart phone via Bluetooth to play your music on your vacation!

King Suite with Private Bath

With its private balcony access, the master suite includes a king sized bed with new linens and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door offers gulf views and private access to the large covered beach front balcony. A brand new 39-inch flat screen LED TV with Blu-ray player provides extra entertainment.

Two Queen Beds With Shared Bath

The second bedroom features two new queen sized beds with new matching linens along with a floor-to-ceiling window facing north. Plenty of closet storage as well as a brand new 39-inch flat screen LED TV with a Blu-ray player complete this room.

The third bedroom features a queen sized bed with a floor to ceiling window facing north. Plenty of closet storage as well as a 39-inch flat screen LED TV and Blu-ray player compliment this room.

Stocked Kitchen

The kitchen features all appliances including coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster and microwave as well as cookware and utensils -- everything you need to make your vacation meals. Of course, there is a brand new stainless steel fridge with ice maker, glass-top stove, a disposal and dishwasher.

Dining

Whether you're cooking or just ordering in, seating for 6 at the dining table plus two more at the breakfast bar are perfect for a family meal. The balcony has table seating for eight!

Luggage Carts

Plenty of carts and buggies to make moving into your vacation condo easier along with two elevators.

Covered Patio

A covered beach-front patio with water fountain and restrooms. Perfect for watching the waves and avoiding direct sun exposure, and for bathroom trips without having to return to the condo.

A collection of cardio equipment and weight machines will help to keep you in shape while on vacation. A hot sauna is also available. A tennis court with shuffleboard and a basketball goal are there for your use.

Gulf Shores in July

This condo is centrally located to everything. The condo is nice and was accurately described in listing. The beach is amazing, and this property includes 2 chairs and an umbrella which truly adds to the experience. This condo is roomy, the balcony is bigger than it looks, and we saw dolphins in the morning from the balcony. The fit factory is the gym we used as there is a gym on site, but it is small. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend Big Mike's for steaks ( get there early like 4:15 to avoid long wait times) ice cream is abundant but we loved Kaydens! We would also recommend the Southern Grind at the hotel Indigo for coffee over the Starbucks because on our first day we chose Starbucks and waited 35 minutes for one coffee as it is insanely busy. FYI it is a 2 mile walk to get to the Southern Grind from this property for anyone looking to get their steps in. We had stayed in Fort Walton probably close to 8 times over the years and this was our first experience in Gulf Shores. And we would choose Gulf Shores over Fort Walton moving forward!

July 2021 Vacay

We had a great time! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and another family of 3. We enjoyed the balcony, living room space, and the size of the kitchen. TVs in all rooms were nice, including large smart TV in the living room. Balcony seating was plentiful and nice. Chair/umbrella service was easily set up on day 1. Very busy condo so we were on second row most of the vacay. Parking was easy- there is a machine right inside the condo by elevators- just need your car tag for Info. I think it was $35 per week per car. Cleanliness was not the greatest, but okay. Over all, we were pleased.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Me being the Yaya and the cook of the crew (lol) I was totally impressed with all the dishes that was available! I guess the only downfall was parking for only 2 cars. But other than that everything was great and convenient to stores and activities!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was beautiful. I loved the master suit bedding. I loved that all the decor was very well done. This place was very well stocked with towels. Very nice condo with a generous stocked kitchen and large balcony. All the comforts of home with an outstanding view of beach. Distance to beach was a short walk. The only problem we had was with the elevators. One was down and it took a long time getting up and down from the 11th floor. We had a blast!

Been following the winter warmth in Alabama for over twenty years. This past winter was spent in this beautiful condo. All the amenities of home. Everything was so comfortable from the kitchen table to the sofa to the beds. More than enough room to move around and throughly enjoyed the dolphin watching most mornings from the balcony. Truly beautiful place to spend my winter.

We had a great stay at Windward Pointe 1104. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a comfy-home feeling. The kitchen has everything you need with up to date appliances. The condo and site is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located. The owner was available to answer my questions prior to arriving and while there. I definitely recommend this property. We can't wait to stay here again!!

Perfect View!

Great Location! Perfect View! We could not have asked for more from our stay at this wonderful condo. The master bedroom faces the gulf so you can fall asleep at night listening to the waves. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great TVs in all the rooms. Very nice furnishings. Very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely book this condo again on future visits.

I fell in love with Orange Beach when I rented a condo for a month last year. My condo is where I want to be, and it is my hope to make it the place where you'd like to spend your free time. It's up-to-date, comfortable, clean and close to all you and your guests will want to enjoy while on vacation.

Why they chose this property

While searching for the perfect condo, I looked at many properties. I chose Windward Pointe 1104 for its large private balcony and its layout. Not all units offer a truly private balcony with enough room to sleep 10 comfortably. With two double beds in the second bedroom, a king in the master, and a queen in the third bedroom, eight people can sleep in beds. Add the queen sofa sleeper and 10 can sleep.

What makes this property unique

Windward Pointe offers more than just a box. The open floor plan puts the living space between the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms offering everyone privacy as well as plenty of space.

The private balcony is 200 sq. feet -- some of the biggest on the beach. All for you to relax and be comfortable.

Unlike many owners, I'm directly involved in the ownership and professional management of my condo. I take great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition and proper working order. What you've seen or read here is what you'll find when you check-in.
