If you are looking for the ideal beachside oasis, you will love staying in this warmly decorated 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 5th floor! Experience the best that Orange Beach has to offer while being perfectly situated next to the pristine coastline of Alabama. Whether you seek fun from new adventures or rest and relaxation while on vacation, everything you need is provided for an unforgettable escape here by the glistening waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!

Step inside and relax with 763 square feet of space, as you watch your vacation dreams come true. This warm and inviting condo sleeps up to 6 and features 1 master bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The hallway provides a twin over twin bunk bed for kids or teens to sleep comfortably. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room, as well, for added sleeping space. Unwind in the bright and airy living room with a fresh sea breeze trickling in through the sliding door as you watch shows on the flat-screen TV or enjoy the free Wi-Fi.

Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. When it is time to eat, gather around the kitchen table that seats 3 and at the counter high bar with 2 stools. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, as well. Be sure to enjoy a cup of coffee, Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided, on your private balcony as you watch the sun rise over the tide or sip on a glass of wine as it sets into the evening sky.

Spend the day at the outdoor pool soaking up the sun or take a walk down the private boardwalk to walk along the beach with friends and family. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse off sand on your way back in. Additionally, the pool is heated from 10/01 – 11/30 & 3/1 - 4/20 so you can still enjoy some water time when it is chilly outside. You can grill out in the communal BBQ area and enjoy your meal outside with outdoor dining tables and lounge chairs. Want to get a quick workout in? A fitness room is in the building with free access included with your stay. Overall, Emerald Skye #53 provides you with everything you need for a dreamy vacation!

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information. This is a legally binding document. Please read carefully.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & NO PETS on any of our properties.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

* MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid minus the management fee. Guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance, which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to purchase the optional travel insurance. Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available. Therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.
