• Guests are welcome to enjoy access to the three Chalet Village community pools, as well as the clubhouses, tennis courts, and playground. Pool details and usage guidelines are as follows:

• Pool Season: Open from Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
Pool Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Pool Access Passes: Provided at the property from May through September.
Lost Passes: A $100 replacement fee will apply if a pool pass is lost.

Rental Terms and Conditions:
• Not allowed to book if you live locally.
• All pets must be declared in reservation. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. Pets are prohibited on the furniture, must be potty trained and must be kenneled when alone in property. Guests are liable for any damage from pets. Exceptions are only for bona fide service animal as required by law.
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM. Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Situated near the National Park, my property is located in an area where various native insects are commonly present. Species such as ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps may be encountered, particularly during certain times of the year. Although the property receives regular treatment from a licensed pest control service, the surrounding parklands and city areas are not treated. As a result, there is a possibility that some insects may occasionally enter the property. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge this potential occurrence and understand that refunds will not be issued due to the presence of insects. However, should you experience an issue during your stay, I will be more than happy to coordinate a follow-up visit from our pest control provider to assist in resolving the matter.

• Maximum occupancy must not exceed what is specified in the reservation unless pre-approved by the host.
• Guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave or clean up any spills.
• Food/Drink prohibited in the hot tub.
• Guests understand that host isn't liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including those related to use of the hot tub.
• At check-in, please inspect the property and report any issues or damages within two hours of check-in. The property is considered accepted as-is after that.
