I could not have asked for nicer hosts or a more lovely home. Very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, great location. I enjoyed the yard quite a bit, and so did my little dog. So much nicer than staying at a hotel or condo. Thanks for everything, Fawn!

Delightful casita behind the main house. Super clean and the host really has gone the extra mile. Parking in driveway off the alley if vehicle not too tall, otherwise on the street. Highly recommend.

Fawn and her place get A checkmarks in every way.I've stayed in dozens of locations and I've rarely found hosts who displayed the kind of attention to detail Fawn showed.The kitchen and bathroom were super-well stocked and modern, the house was immaculately neat and clean, the mattresses were blissfully firm and the heat, water and appliances all worked perfectly. There also is a great bbq grill and outdoor dinner table where I was able to enjoy a warm night.The house also sits in a quiet spot several blocks from any noise coming off Main Street.From the location, to the cleanliness to everything else, I can recommend this house without hesitation.

We were very happy staying in the guesthouse! Our hosts were wonderful. Very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. They put so much into making our stay and the guesthouse perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The guesthouse is recently renovated - no wear and tear at all. And very, very comfortable. Quiet house in a quiet neighborhood but also just a short walk to main street. Dedicated parking spot off an ally right next to the side door. Many amenities in every room - fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, new and comfortable furniture, netflix and hulu, etc. We'll be back!
