The location was pool was great, the spot was very clean, and the host and management company were very responsive.

You need number 4 cone coffee filters.you need extra paper towels, you need extra large trash bags in kitchen they only give two. Bring lots of sunscreen in s p f shirts.

Birthday #62 was amazing in Aruba and at the Arashi Sunset Villa. I will be returning to Aruba and will not hesitate or stay there again, The beach is a 5 minute walk down the road and not overcrowded. The house was as expected, very clean, great location, short 10 to 12 minute drive to the hotel district with lots of restaurants and shopping. We ventured out to other areas, everything within 30 minute drive. A couple recommendations to the management company, PLEASE leave at minimum two rolls of paper towels for a seven day stay with 5 people. I saw previous reviews mentioning more paper towels needed. Also, please consider maximizing the terrace space off the primary upstairs bedroom by furnishing it with more than an Adirondack chair and small coffee table in the far left corner. And one last thing. PLEASE let potential renters know PRIOR to renting that an outdoor cat named “Fish” lives on the property grounds. There is a sign on the patio providing you with his background, asking you to feed him etc. I love animals. I purchased food for him. He was not a problem except for jumping on the outdoor table partaking in charcuterie before we could and then we couldn’t. He’s always lurking, Sitting at the table before we did, sitting in the pool chair with us— just friendly etc. However, if one of my other girlfriends had come, it would have been a problem. She’s terrified of cats and we would have had to call animal control to come get him.

The home was ready upon arrival and it was a beautiful home with everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. Our family really loved this property with everyone having their own space to go to when they needed individual time. Although we had two minor hiccups when we first arrived, they were fast with fixes when we contacted them. It was an overall great experience. This home was also really close to the beach where we could just walk to the beach from the house, snorkel and walk back. It was a lovely experience!
