The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all trash in the appropriate bin outside by the garage door.
Place used towel & dirty linen in the laundry bin located in the Laundry room.
Make sure to Turn TV, AC/Heater (HVAC) and all Lights off, lets save Energy.
1. Make sure side door is locked.
2. Leave using the front door, touch electronic keypad to lock and ensure all external gates are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
