Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all trash in the appropriate bin outside by the garage door. Place used towel & dirty linen in the laundry bin located in the Laundry room.
Make sure to Turn TV, AC/Heater (HVAC) and all Lights off, lets save Energy.
1. Make sure side door is locked. 2. Leave using the front door, touch electronic keypad to lock and ensure all external gates are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was comfy, clean and well equipped for a hassle free stay. We appreciated the soft and ample linens and towels that accompanied our relaxing showers and peaceful nights of rest. The host is incredibly accommodating, attentive and friendly. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in town!

Beautiful back yard and area close to Waterpark !

Nice amount of parking regular size driveway and street parking is allowed. Very nice private back yard. Fenced with a sitting swing Neighbors never made a sound. Very nice. No one on side so lots of room in yard. Plenty of beds upstairs and down ! Nice movie theater style basement with nice big TVs. I liked no carpet original hard wood floors was a plus. Easy access door locks with code. Electric stove worked well. Very friendly and attentive host. Allowed for early check in AND late check out. This is really amazing because you know some places make you check out at 1000am. Not here allowed me until 100 at no chsrge. We did a week and it was very competitive for the size house and price. We were glad to see that the home was nice and clean. Mall of America is literally accross the street down a few blocks and over. Quiet neighborhood. Yard was mowed which was a nice change as well for VRBO houses. Close to gas stations and good food AND if you have kids its literally a block away a public water park ! They had food trucks this weekend. Veterans Park. Thanks guys
