Portable fans are available as well, if desired. The upper level has central air conditioning. The entire unit is heated with a modern boiler system through antique radiators. There is a streaming television in each queen bedroom and free high speed wifi internet.
The Historic Marcy-Holmes area is known as the first neighborhood in Minneapolis, and is studded with historic sites and beautiful, ancient oak trees. The home is within walking distance to downtown Minneapolis, the Mississippi River and the iconic Stone Arch Bridge. Hike, bike or drive to museums, parks, theatres, stadiums, restaurants, and so much more!
Due to its close proximity to the University of Minnesota, you may notice students and faculty passing through the neighborhood heading to local housing, cafes, eateries, fitness studios etc. Feel free to reach out to us for local recommendations!
