Beach living, spacious 1BR w/ balcony
Find tranquility in this peaceful and spacious one bedroom (1000sqf / 100m2) apartment with garden view, balcony and pools, right at the water and walking distance to the beach at the end of the Marina. If you enjoy cooking, biking along the beach, or watching the pelicans fly by, this is your place. The property also offers fireplaces and BBQs at the water for the most amazing sunsets. This safe apartment is only steps away from restaurants and bars as well as the natural reserve.
The space
I live in a very nice waterfront property with a gym, two pools, multiple fire pits and bbqs right next to a natural reserve and in walking distance to bars and restaurants. A bike is available for your use as it’s just a footstep away from the beach and a long biking path that goes up to redondo beach.

Parking is available for 100$ per stay (each month)
The space
