Welcome to my peaceful and centrally located one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Dupont Circle. This 500 sq. ft. fully furnished space has been recently renovated and is perfect for a guest looking for comfort, charm, and convenience.

Located on the terrace level, the apartment faces a beautiful patio — a rare find in D.C.! The space is quiet and calm, while just steps from all the action. It’s ideal for someone who wants to enjoy the best of both worlds: a cozy retreat in a vibrant neighborhood.

The kitchen was fully renovated in January and features marble countertops, a new refrigerator, and a new dishwasher. The rest of the apartment was also updated (except for the bathroom), and it’s filled with natural light, soft textures, and thoughtful touches to make your stay feel like home.

The apartment is only a 4-minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro (Red Line) and close to multiple bus routes and bike lanes. Everything you need is right around the corner — restaurants, cafés, bookstores, yoga studios, Whole Foods, CVS, and a local organic market. You’ll also be within walking distance of Logan Circle, Adams Morgan, Foggy Bottom, and Georgetown.

I love my home and take great care of it. I’m ideally looking for a guest who will do the same. I prefer longer stays but am open to shorter-term guests who will enjoy and respect the space.
