The property was very clean, and we had an enjoyable stay. The small room off the kitchen that had the desk and computer screen was something that we have not had in the past rentals and was nice to have. It had a well-equipped kitchen, but a Keurig coffee maker would have been nice. There were several large TVs throughout the house. The 4th floor deck was nice for viewing the fireworks. The only negative I have is the price for the daily rental was a little high compared to other rentals in Seaside, but the home is very accommodating and clean.
Very clean and accommodating. 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Happy with cleanliness. Slightly disappointed we were promised 5 beach passes and upon arrival only had 4. Once brought to hosts attention there was no accommodation to get us another one. We ended up having to pay to enter the beach each day.
