Enjoy the peaceful lake view from the patio, or as you lounge in the private, heated pool.
Located in a quiet, gated subdivision, which is very well-maintained.
The home is equipped with all you need to have a comfortable stay!
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals.
-Dual-sided Keurig with K-cups, sugar and creamer packets provided so you have coffee when you arrive.
-Air fryer, crock pot, toaster, blender.
-Outdoor grill for cooking dinner outside with a cool drink in hand!
-Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room.
-Wi-Fi, pool towels, basic needs like Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.
Beach days will be a breeze!
-Beach chairs, beach toys, wagon, umbrella, Igloo cooler, beach bags and beach towels available for your use as you head out to enjoy the beautiful beaches the area has to offer!
Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy a game of foosball or mini-pool! Many board games are also provided for you to enjoy.
Enjoy streaming your favorite show while relaxing on the very comfortable reclining couches. You will use your own login on apps.

No boating, fishing or swimming is permitted in the lakes. Occasionally, there are alligators spotted in the lakes, please use caution when outside the lanai.
There are two cameras on the property. One is located on the front of the house viewing the driveway, and the second one is on the rear of the house facing part of the pool and the lake.

Missouri is my home, Florida is my favorite place to get away! When I can't get away myself, I want others to be able to enjoy my Florida oasis by the Lake! This is our first season renting out the house, so while there are not reviews online yet, I promise that our family and friends have enjoyed their stays at our home and it is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay!
Why they chose this property
Beachwalk Isles is a quiet, safe, gated neighborhood, with many retired people and snowbirds coming down south for the colder months. There is an easy friendliness when you walk through the neighborhood!
What makes this property unique
My property has everything you need to feel at home and comfortable during your stay! It's my favorite place to be and I hope you love it too!
