Luxury four-bedroom house located in a village setting a short distance from Stirling. The house, which comfortably sleeps 8 people, is an ideal base for large families, groups of friends looking for a luxury break or a special occasion. It features a large lounge with a wood-burning stove, a sun room with access to the upstairs patio area and the outside decking in the ample 1 acre garden and pond area with BBQ and outside furniture. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite while the fourth has use of the large downstairs bathroom. The large dining/kitchen (separate 8 seat dining room) features large free standing fridge/freezer and two double ovens. The house also features a large downstairs game's room which includes: pool table, table-tennis, Wii console, Play station 3 console as well as 42 and 50 inch televisions. There is ample parking for four vehicles and a two car garage.

Fabulous stay in a comfortable house with lots of living space. Fully equipped kitchen to provide the option of cooking at home. Perfect for families with varying ages as the house has lots of areas to give everyone their own space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and spacious house. It was conveniently located with easy access to Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The sitting areas were bright and comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Our 2 year old grandson loved the playroom with its tent, bowling set, duplo, toy trucks etc. The adults loved the fact Deanston Distillery was a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is an amazing property. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful decor and gardens and a fabulous location. Easy access to Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, and close to some wonderful walks. The owners were very helpful and responsive to all our questions. Enjoyed walking to the excellent cafe at the nearby Deanston distillery. We had a fabulous week at Burnside House!

Spacious yet cosy. Excellent choice of sitting areas. Lovely and quiet area. Well stocked kitchen with every kitchen item you could want, including a dishwasher when you have a large number of people. Close to Stirling and Callendar, but also lovely local walks.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location

Our stay was brilliant. The location enabled our first time visitors to Scotland to explore many of the sights they had heard of for many years. Storm Eowyn tried to disrupt our stay but Jimmy and Brenda quickly supplied a generator and made sure we had power when it went off. Would definitely go back again.

Great place for every day trips in Scotland

The house is very nice and it has more then enough space for 8 people. Cause of it's location in Stirling district it's an ideal "base" for trips to Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Highlands or Speyside. The local distillery of Deanston is just a 5 minutes walk away.
