Welcome to Seaside Escape! This 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home is less than 2 blocks from the stunning emerald waters of the Gulf and amazing white sandy beaches. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining area when you are not at the beach or exploring nearby attractions. Rainy day? No problem, cozy up and watch YouTube TV or log in to your favorite streaming app on one of the Smart TVs. Seaside Escape can sleep up to 15 guests, is pet friendly, and the perfect spot for your next family or group vacation!

Ground/lower level – Driveway; Garage; King bedroom w/ smart TV; Bedroom w/ smart TV and two twin bunk beds; Jack-n-Jill bathroom w/ shower/tub combo between the king bedroom and the two twin bunk beds bedroom; Bedroom w/ smart TV, one twin bunk bed, and queen bed with trundle; outdoor patio w/ private pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor shower, and dining area.

Upper level – Half bathroom; open concept kitchen, living area w/ smart TV, and dining room; King bedroom w/ smart TV, work station, and attached bathroom w/ stand up shower and walk in closet; washer and dryer; Queen bedroom w/smart TV and attached bathroom w/ stand up shower.

Additional information:
We strongly encourage you to protect your trip by purchasing trip insurance.
The pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees he heater will be shut off).
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be present for the duration of the reservation.

Note – An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room and had all the things we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and beach gear! Interior was newly updated and well maintained and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub area and spent hours out there. The house was located in a non-busy street and was minutes from St. Andrew’s park and beach, which was a plus! Communication with owners was super quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay. My partner and I along with our two fur babies had the best time. Location was perfect for us. Close to our favorite restaurants and the beach. Weather decided to turn quite cold for the last 2 days of our trip. The hot tub was a definite plus on those days. Heather was very attentive and took excellent care of us. Our family and kids friends loved this property. It had any and everything you would need to have fun in PCB. And it is on a less bust part of Thomas Dr. Do not bring anything extra from home to this house. We were used to rentals that were sparse in appliances, utensils, and beach toys, but this house had so many extras. Within walking distance to the beach, St Andrews pier, Dollar general and many restaurants.
