Local-urban humble area. Great location in the middle of Hato Rey, SJ vicinity. The first neighborhood develop in the 40th. Cozy studio apartments welldecor, art deco bathroom, small full kitchen. Our house is divided in 3 apartments. Private entrance to each unit. From our place many wonderful local rest., movie theater, bars and 24 hrs convenience store within walking distance.Just 1 mile away from Choliseo, Train St., and shop till you drop at Plz las Americas largest mall in the Caribbean.
Small apartment, space well used for comfort. Separate living area, bathroom and bedroom.Business travel ready. High-speed internet and perfect connection for remote. You will have full access to the studio apartment, including your private entrance, full kitchen , bedroom area, and art deco bathroom. The space is entirely yours to enjoy during your stay.
