Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load and run the dishwasher. ALL trash in bins. Extra charge for bags that don't fit. Strip beds and leave linens on top.
Set thermostats to 77 in summer and 69 in winter. Oven cleaned (if used) to avoid a $25 fee. Any furniture out of place will be an additional fee.
Please report any incidents prior to checking out (i.e: broken or damaged items).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO smoking (of any kind) $450 penalty if detected. No events or parties. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as the listing portrayed it. The Host was great on communication and a delight to interact with. Their were safety measures in place for our 18 month old, so we were able to relax and just enjoy our trip. Would absolutely recommend this place for any family/friend groups!

The place was pretty, peaceful, and clean, but there were a lot of issues. First, we were never given the correct address, so we were trying our code on the neighbors front door. The property did reach out and get us to the correct place. However, due to a failure of the property owner, the gas was out. They told me it was due to missing the bill payment and they shut it off and couldn't get it back on until after I left Monday. So our whole stay was ice cold showers. The property did offer to allow us to stay at a different property, but it didn't have enough space. We ultimately agreed on a partial refund to stay with no hot water and no oven. However after staying and taking the coldest showers of my life, I don't think I would make that deal again. Other than that there's just some weird rules about if the oven or grill isn't clean you get a charge. I wouldn't tell people to not stay there, the house was really nice, but my experience was pretty miserable.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As we discussed during your stay, mistakes can unfortunately happen. When we realized the issue with the gas service, we immediately informed you and presented every available solution, including relocating you to an alternative property. That home did have the capacity to fit your group, but you chose not to move and opted instead to remain at the original property in exchange for a partial refund, which was mutually agreed upon at that time. While I truly regret that the situation made your stay less comfortable, we did everything within our control to resolve the matter quickly and to offer you a suitable alternative. It’s unfortunate that you are now unhappy with the decision to stay, but we acted promptly and transparently throughout the process.
