Enchanting 2BR in Old Southwest
Centrally-located in a quiet, relaxing, and highly desirable neighborhood in Old Southwest. Just blocks from downtown, midtown and easy access to the highway. Walking distance to several amazing local restaurants. Take a stroll in this lovely and safe neighborhood with established trees.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is 1 full bathroom. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living area. Wi-Fi internet. Appliances & cooking amenities including spices, coffee, & tea. For the coffee enthusiast, we have included both a traditional coffee pot and a French press.
1-car garage and extra space in the driveway for another car as well as plenty of free on-street parking.
The washer and dryer is located in the garage area and is shared with the unit on the other side of the duplex. That is the only shared space.
You will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire right side of the duplex as well as the garage and washer/dryer area.
We are available by phone, text, and AIRBNB messaging. We are a small business and pride ourselves on excellent communication.

There is garage, driveway and on-street parking in front of the house.
Ask us about an early check in / late check out for a small fee. If we can accommodate we will!
