A company is building a home behind this home, the work noise is almost completely not noticeable from inside the home. Though they will never bother your sleep as they have to operate with the city standard operation hours which is 7am-5pm, so your sleep will not be bothered but please keep this in mind before booking the home as super light sleepers may be woken up. Though so far, this has not been a concern with guests. A new development occurred where we unfortunately are not able to give access to the side yard of the home as the city mandated us to let the company building the home behind us, to use it for adding utilities to the home they are building behind ours. ([This will not affect your stay or the inside of the home whatsoever,)] the only impact it will have is that the side yard is blocked off at the front yard and backyard as shown in the pictures in the listing. The side yard can't be used but the backyard and front yard can still be used, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out! We also have photos that show the yards as they are blocked off. We are hoping this gets resolved quickly, they are presently waiting on approval by city then they can restore the side yard. The house is located just ending freeway so you may hear some traffic noise.
We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you!?

The parking is very unsafe. You have to back out of driveway into a very busy street. We almost got hit. Upon arriving there were only three towels in the bathroom. We called and they said we could find them under the sink or cabinets yet there were no towels, hand towels, dish towels or wash cloths to be found. The laundry/garage area had two tables full of wadded up sheets and some stained towels. We did find some towels along with one hand towel in the dryer. The picture online shows this area to be clean with an air hockey table. The air hockey table is non working and should be thrown out. When you leave you are suppose to put towels in washer. The washer had sheets in it. We are assuming the sheets were dirty because they were not wet. We added them to the other wrinkled piles of sheets. The pillows in our room were pillow shams. You don’t sleep on pillow shams or decorative pillows. I picked several hairs off of the bed when pulling back our sheets. One room was missing the remote. When we walked in the curtains were messed up. I found a pillow that belonged on the couch behind the couch with cobweb on it. The white kitchen chairs are unstable. They wobble back and forth. I would have tightened but you need a wrench to do so. The bathroom tissue was almost empty. We found a cabinet with a lock on it that was open. It had some paper towels and toilet paper. Outside grill has weeds growing all around it. Pictures are deceptive to the reality.

No rug or matt at shower. Had elderly parents with us. They could have fell.
Under sink looks like other people’s leftovers
