The main (top) floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and an open-concept living space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an island, breakfast nook, and formal dining area with seating for up to 10. The living room includes a 50-inch smart TV, and the hallway provides easy access to a laundry closet with washer and dryer. A mini-split A/C unit is installed in the dining area. The backyard is accessible via stairs from the deck.
Master Bedroom: Includes one queen bed and a twin-size bunk bed, perfect for families with kids. Features a walk-in closet, mini-split A/C, oversized windows, and a bay window that fills the room with natural light.
Guest Bedroom: Furnished with a queen bed and its own closet.

The basement includes a private guest suite with a separate entrance from the side yard. This cozy suite offers:

Two assigned parking spaces are available directly in front of the property. Additionally, there is ample free street parking along the quiet street for your convenience.

****Important Notes – Please Read Before Booking ****
--HotTub: Our home features a private hot tub for your enjoyment! For safety and maintenance, we kindly ask all guests to follow the posted usage rules and sign a liability waiver prior to use. The hot tub is regularly maintained, and we do our best to keep it clean and ready—but availability may occasionally be affected by weather or servicing needs. Use is at your own risk.
--Dock & Moorage Policy:
No boats or jet skis may be moored to the dock without prior host approval.
- If approved, a $500 moorage fee per stay (up to 7 days) will apply.
- Unauthorized moorage is strictly prohibited and subject to a $1,500 fine.
--The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Please do not attempt to operate it during your stay.
--A spare queen mattress is also available upon request (please contact the host in advance).
The property is only for registered guests. Guest has access to the entire house ( 1450 sq ft), back yard, deck and dock.
No boats or jet skis may be moored to the dock without prior host approval.
The storage shed at the entrance side is NOT accessible to the guest.
We offer all the cooking essentials, laundry essentials, fun board games, free High Speed Internet and Youtube TV (with all major live and sport channels) for our guest.
***Infants/Toddlers: We can provide a Pack n Play upon request. Please let us know if you would appreciate having children's plates/bowls and high chair on the property for children.
***NO PET, NO SMOKING and NO PARTY or EVENT ALLOWED. Violation is subject to a fine of **$1,000**
****Please Note that King County has a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10pm and does not end until 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood by adhering to this ordinance.
