The host was fine, The unit itself was not very clean...old shirt a small blanket and a 1/2 used water bottle all under the bed. A hair tie on the bathroom floor. The unit has obviously been painted recently and looks good but the door fell off of the fireplace and the exterior of the building showed a lot of wear with holes in the carpet that had been duct taped...location was excellent.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness oversights you experienced, as this is not our standard, and we’ve addressed these items directly with our cleaning team to ensure greater attention to detail moving forward. We will also look to address the fireplace door! The HOA is currently in the process of updating the exterior, including improvements to the outside stair carpeting and other cosmetic repairs. We truly appreciate your feedback!

This was such a great place to stay with the family. We celebrated my teen daughter’s 17th birthday so there was plenty of space and functionality for her, her friend, me, my husband, and our 2 large breed dogs. I can’t tell you how nice it is to be able to include our fur babies in our vacation without all the financial and other hassle that comes with it. The ease of bringing our pups (as well as affordability) was one of the main reasons we picked this stay, and I’m so glad we did. Host was great about communicating and was very friendly. Only issue was the door code for entry was not correct but everything worked out! We would definitely be back.
