In general, Nashville is best experienced by car (rideshare, rental, or personal vehicle). Since this home is Uber close to the airport (pun intended), rideshare is always a great option with fast pick up almost anytime!

7 miles (10-20 minutes) to downtown Nashville, 2 miles to BNA airport, 7 miles (10-20 minutes) to Opryland Hotel (home of The Grand Ole Opry), and a few minutes from several major shopping centers and restaurants.

This is my first home, and I`ve worked hard to renovate and take care of it. I hope guests will be respectful of the space, and I`m sharing house rules below. Please help me preserve the home for future stays by accepting these rules before you book.

GENERAL RULES

• No smoking.
• No pets allowed on or in the property.
• No parties.
• No glitter or confetti.
• Any tape residue, leftover decorations, or damage found on walls due to decorations may result in a charge.
• Cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Cleaning fee covers costs to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house.
• If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please do not try to `hide` damage or mess as I work to ensure the home is in great condition for each guest.
• Please keep your exterior noise level down, I`m lucky to have great neighbors and want to respect them.
• No illegal downloads of any sort, no p2p file sharing.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT

• Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with an additional cost.
• Cleans are scheduled at specific times, and last minute changes are unlikely to be possible.

GUEST ACCESS

• Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception to any locked closets or storage areas.
