Condo by the East Beach in White Rock. Five minute walk to beach, 10 min to restaurants on East Beach, 20 min to White Rock's iconic Pier, and West Beach shops and restaurants. Minutes from 5 Corners and downtown White Rock, major shops at Morgan Crossing, 40 km south of Vancouver, moments from Canada/US Peace Arch Border Crossing, 2.5 hr drive to Whistler.
Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with in-suite full laundry, fully furnished with all linens, towels, appliances, utensils provided. 2nd Bedroom is an Office (no bed, but there is an inflatable queen mattress with linens for a guest). Indoor parking space included as well as a street parking permit. Gas fireplace to make for cozy winter nights.
Building newly enveloped and updated.
