Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch home property. The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen and twin-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 5 people. The cozy living room is furnished with high end leather couch/chair/ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with frig/oven/microwave/dishwasher, and pantry with dishes etc.. Situated 3 short miles from Defiance/near the Katy Trail. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of biking or winery and later watch the sunset from park-like backyard.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as hiking, biking, parks, flea markets, wineries, river excursions.

We have lived in Defiance the last 26 years. Love it! We are 3 miles from our rental and have many friends and family close by.
Why they chose this property
Where you want to be to avoid rushing in and rushing out from your event in wine country. Much better than a hotel all the way up on the Interstate!
What makes this property unique
Quiet home, and backyard too, even though conveniently located right on Highway DD and close to Defiance and Katy Trail and multiple winery venues. Since home is located on the highway there is highway noise in front yard which for the most is really not bothersome.
