Very relaxing
We stayed at this property with my parents, husband and 7 year old daughter.
The house layout was perfect and spacious for my parents who have limited mobility. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a full bath directly across so they never needed to go the stairs. The bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and comfortable with a nice large full bath in between.
The main level furnishings we’re comfortable with multiple seating/reclining options inside and plenty of seating outside both on the covered deck and overlooking the lake in the uncovered decking area.
For a family with a younger child- it was nice that she could get in the water right in front of the property and we didn’t have to worry about it being to rough or deep. I will say- bring your water shoes as there isn’t really any sandy areas outside or inside the water in front, and it was a bit difficult to move around in the water barefoot.
Overall- we loved this property. Host was extremely prompt with communication, property was very well maintained, and well located (close to town and Burt Lake State park was only a 10 minute drive).
