We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pictures matched the in-person vibe. The location is ideal as it’s near the freeway and major roads, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Ashley was very organized, providing clear instructions before we checked in and also a digital and printed guidebook for the stay- which was really helpful. Noteworthy was Ashley’s prompt response whenever we reached out to her. She was professional and attentive to our group during our weeklong stay. I would 100% choose this home again should I return to the area in the future.

We rented this house for our daughter. She was by herself. When she arrived in the neighborhood there was a hooker on the corner and when she got to the house a homeless man came up and said she should leave that it wasn’t a safe neighborhood. So she left and had to find a hotel late that evening. I rated everything low because it wouldn’t let me skip the condition inside the house. She didn’t even go in!!! Be careful booking this property!!!!

Linda asked for the address before booking and I gave her the address to the stadium in the neighborhood. She had advanced time to make a decision. Also, Linda cannot make a booking for only someone else. Linda needed to come to the property. Linda had her daughter and some man call me stating that they spoke to people on the street and they weren’t exactly sure if they were at the right house. I have no evidence of this and they asked me if it was okay if they went out at least three times at night to smoke. My property is no smoking. I told them I have never had a safety concern. My home is exactly as presented and advertised. I did not violate any portion of our agreement. They booked the day before, held the dates and requested a refund. They agreed to the cancellation policy and then decided they were entitled to a refund. They gave a bad review because of their own personal entitlement. I provided a safe and clean VRBO rental.

Great communication with host of any concerns came to mind must say if yoi go in winter have that communication with host yo move heater or it will get cold at night but . Host is very understanding and replies accordingly
