🚫 Absolutely No Parties or Events

This property is not to be used for parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. We use noise monitoring devices (non-recording) and maintain communication with local enforcement and neighbors.
• Max occupancy strictly enforced
• No DJs, speakers, bounce houses, or party setups
• No unapproved guests beyond your reservation

💵 Violation Fees (will be charged accordingly):
• Party or unauthorized event: $500 minimum fine
• Smoking inside the property: $300 fine + cost of odor removal
• Unauthorized guests: $100 per person, per night
• Excessive noise complaint: $200 fine (and subject to removal)
• Property damage or missing items: Full cost of repair/replacement
• Late checkout without approval: $100/hour after 11:00 AM

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Inside
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only (with proper disposal).
• Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

🐾 Pet Policy
• Only pre-approved pets allowed (with pet fee). Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 violation fee.
