Stay in a wonderful private residence close to center city! A beautiful home in Charlotte's most desirable neighborhood. Less than a mile to center city, close to all major freeways, in the beautiful and historic Dilworth neighborhood. Walkable to shops and restaurants with easy access to downtown and the city's best areas.

This is a wonderful home located in one of Charlotte's best neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard has a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a barbeque grill. The home has 4 bedrooms on the main floor, with additional 5th and 6th bedrooms upstairs - each with their own ensuite bathrooms . The home has 7 queen beds and can easily accommodate 10-12 people. There are 4 full bathrooms in the home. The entire home has been recently remodeled and super clean. You'll have access to the entire home. There is a 2-3 car driveway and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed.

You'll have access to the entire home. There is a large driveway (2-3 cars) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. Prior to you arrival, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code that unlocks the front door :)

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the most desirable neighborhood in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Dilworth. Less than a mile to center city, with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
This home is located on a hill and the first half of the driveway is on hill (but it levels off for two cars to easily park. Additionally, there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the front door. Once inside, most of the home is on the first level with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms upstairs.

Magnificent Property

We had an opportunity to stay at this beautiful property for a family trip to Charlotte. The location was absolutely perfect and the home was super clean with plenty of space. Communication was great and we look forward to coming back soon!

Awesome Property! Great Location! Beautiful Home!

I highly recommend this property. The house is clean and every room was well equipped including power strips for our growing electronics. Towels in baskets in every room. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Communication was great and replies to questions was fast. Plenty of sitting for eating and hanging in living room. It was raining so we did not get to use the firepit and chairs outside. Book it! You will not regret.

Beautiful Home

This home is very spacious and is exactly as advertised. Everything our family needed was available. Our host responded quickly answering any questions. We for sure would rent this property again when returning to the area.
