Inside, unwind by the gas fireplace (October-March), cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and sleep comfortably in 2 king and 2 queen beds. Conveniently located minutes from downtown Greenville, Simpsonville, Five Forks, and Fountain Inn—just under a mile from public golf at Carolina Springs.

Tucked away on over an acre of private land, The Hidden Acre Homestead offers a cozy, welcoming space to relax and recharge. Whether you’re here for a family getaway, a couples retreat, or a quiet place to unwind, you’ll find thoughtful touches throughout that make your stay feel like home.
The Space
With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home sleeps up to 9 comfortably. It features two king beds, two queen beds, and a fold-out twin available upon request—perfect for families or small groups. Each room includes darkening curtains, fresh linens, USB chargers, and ample closet space.
This is a single-story home with no interior stairs. Entry requires 3 steps. It is generally accessible for strollers and guests with limited mobility.
Indoor Comforts
A fully stocked kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig.
Pantry basics including salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, coffee filters and a variety of K-cups.
Smart TV with access to streaming apps (bring your own logins).
Board games, cards, and family-friendly books for cozy evenings.
Central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Indoor gas fireplace (available October through March).
Washer and dryer with detergent provided (please limit to 2 loads/day to protect the septic system).
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home for streaming, remote work, or staying connected.

Although it feels tucked away, The Hidden Acre is only 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, and local attractions in downtown Fountain Inn, Simpsonville, and Greenville. Grocery stores—including a local favorite, Lowe’s Foods—are just minutes away. Carolina Springs Golf Club, open to the public, is less than a mile down the road.
Parking
We have space for up to four vehicles in the driveway. RVs are welcome—just let us know in advance so we can confirm the best parking spot. Please note: there are no RV hookups.

We give guests plenty of privacy but are always just a message away. We’re happy to provide local recommendations, answer questions, or help with anything that comes up during your stay. If maintenance is ever needed on the property, we’ll always give you advance notice.
