Flat in a house with an amazing view of the Island of Asinara, totally surranding by green area- Tranquil location and easy reaching main beaches by walk la Pelosa ( 20 min) il Gabbiano (15 min) and the coast of South. The flat has been recenlty renovated in 2010 and has 2 bedrooms and one kitchen-dining room, terrace and car lot.
it is reached by an easy staircase the two bedrooms (one with a view of the bay), living room / kitchen, terrace and parking.
Renovated in 2010, it consists of a double room, a bedroom and a living room with use of bed / sofa, is a 20 min. walk from the beach and the Seagull 25min. from the famous La Pelosa (second most beautiful beach of Italy according to tripadvisor).
At the same distance you reach the village Stintino with all services, markets, banks and post offices.
It 'great for organizing trips to' Asinara one of the most beautiful islands of Sardinia with pristine beaches, scuba diving possibilities, hiking, biking and horse riding.
A few minutes drive are accessible beaches of Saline, with beach facilities and services, perfect for families and the wildest Ezzi Mannu beautiful pebble beach.

L 'Alghero airport is 50 minutes by car as the rest of the provincial capital city of Sassari with festivals and the famous Faradda of the chandeliers of 14 August, UNESCO World Heritage' Unesco.

Emplacement idéal mais appartement un peu vétuste

L'emplacement est idéal, la vue superbe, les plages à proximité (en voiture plutôt qu'à pied). Toutefois une rénovation ne serait pas superflue : en l'absence de climatisation, un seul ventilateur (endommagé) n'est pas suffisant, le vaisselier est un peu juste (très peu de verres par exemple), la serrure pourrait être remplacée, pas d'aspirateur... Par ailleurs l'accès est en réalité au 2 de la rue della torre (et non au 1).

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en Août 2017 : l'appartement est très agréable, magnifique vue, chambres très spacieuses, relativement frais malgré la chaleur extérieur grâce à l'orientation. Très bien équipé (pas d'aspirateur), très propre,assez calme mais cela dépend surtout du voisinage car plusieurs appartement autour, bien ombragé sous les pins. Accès aux plages et au village possible à pied (20 minutes en descente ou plat) mais retour en montée...Contacts avec nos hôtes très agréables malgré la barrière de la langue...Notre seul regret ne pas pouvoir manger sur la terrasse, car trop petit pour mettre une table ! seulement apéro et café devant la vue magnifique

Appartamento funzionale e comodo, fresco, pulizia impeccabile, immerso nella natura di un parco privato con pini e macchia mediterranea a 5'(in macchina) 15' (a piedi) dal paese e dalla spiaggia della pelosa. Vista spettacolare sul mare turchese del golfo dell'Asinara. Ideale per chi ama il mare, la natura. Ringraziamo Paola per la sua gentilezza e simpatia Non volevamo piú andar via.

La casa molto bella, auto o moto necessarie, in quanto la strada sterrata e veramente poco illuminata. La signora Paola veramente gentile e disponibile! La consiglierei a tutti!

Casa a Stintino

Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie nella casa e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa e' comoda ed e' situata in una posizione eccezionale. Il luogo e' stupendo. Speriamo di poterci tornare un'altra volta.

Soggiorno a Stintino

Le descrizioni fornite nell'inserzione sono esatte.L'immobile era pulito e la vista è veramente molto bella.Tranquillo ma non distante dalle spiagge e da Stintino. Gli unici difetti sono :la scarsa ricezione del segnale televisivo e qualche formichina che entra in casa ( siamo comunque riusciti a contrastarle con i prodotti lasciatici a disposizione ). Lo consiglierei sicuramente a un amico.
