What an excellent host! We loved the property and all the thoughtful details throughout to make your stay feel like home. The place is both pet and kid friendly… it comes prepped with linens for many! What a great place, inside the country club! Thanks again.

Our family of 10 stayed at Peter’s lovely property for a week for our annual summer vacation to Lake Almanor. The house was great! We had plenty of room for 6 adults & 4 kids. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The wifi was good (my husband had to work for a few days during our stay) and it’s a quick bike ride to the Rec 1 beach. We had a great stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a house in LACC.

Liked the newness and space. Excellent communications. Need more towels upstairs for those bedrooms. Space heaters and fans for both floors is suggested The mini splits are nice but once bedroos doors close you need some support for unusually cold or hot times. I would stay again though.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfy, the environment was relaxing and Peter was great to work with. Lots of fun games to keep the kids entertained too.
