Located directly in the heart of Music City (12 South Neighborhood) this home is carefully designed to give you a taste of Nashville living. You'll be just a short walk to some of the best food/coffee in the city. Featuring a game room, private doggy area with doggie door, rooftop, multiple areas to lounge (both indoors and out), fire pit, and vaulted ceilings.

EXTROVERTS: Enjoy our giant living room with the extremely comfortable cloud couch and play board games with friends! There's also an outdoor fire pit in the backyard, a box full of sports games, and a rooftop grill!
INDOOR PEOPLE: The interior of the home has been designed to showcase themes of Nashville and fun! For those rainy days, enjoy playing on our 3 retro arcade games or still catching a breeze in our screened in porch!
OUTDOOR PEOPLE: With multiple dedicated hang areas this home is designed to enjoy the outdoors. Roast marshmallows with friends at the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, have dinner on the rooftop, or even let your dog have their own private area!
WANDERERS: Enjoy local cuisine without needing to even order a Ride Share service. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the home as well as a grocery store less than 1/4 mile away. The home is in an extremely safe and family friendly neighborhood.
