A fabulous VIP apartment on the 32nd floor (below the penthouse) of one of the best buildings on the famous Ponta Negra Beach, in the city of Natal on Careca hill.
The apartment has an open living / dining / fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both with en-suite and air conditioning.
The best view from the hill of the carecada, all the rooms has a view to the sea!
The apartment also benefits from international cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, plus unlimited internet access.
The decor is chic and minimalist and the apartment is in new condition.
Guests also enjoy unlimited access to Blue Ocean facilities, including an outdoor pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, basketball court and jacuzzi.
The apartment also benefits from a secure covered parking spot on the parking lot inside the building's parking lot.

The beautiful Ponta Negra Beach is less than 3 minutes' walk away, with a variety of restaurants and bars within easy reach.
