Splash at Lake Martin a newly furnished (photos 7-1-25) luxury lake home for your family and friends. 10 min to Alexander City shopping/dining. Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Nearly level lot with short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat.

35 miles (40 min) to Auburn.

Modern luxury lake-front home with large master downstairs with large master bath, king bed, two chairs and TV.

Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. One bedroom with great lake views has king. Another bedroom has two queens. Third and fourth upstair bedrooms have bunk beds with queen bottom and twin top. One bunk room has smart TV and retro-gaming system with 10,000 video games.

No stairs/steps from parking lot to inside home to boat dock. Just a short walk on a gentle slope to year-round deep water, covered boat dock with pontoon lift, porch swing, and plenty of bumpers and dock cleats all around to easily park multiple boats and/or jet skis.

Commercial grade luxury pillow top mattresses in bedrooms. Comfy memory foam mattresses on twin bunk beds.

Lots of room for parking multiple vehicles, motorhome, trailer/boat. Additional parking up the hill as shown in photos if ever needed.

Smart TVs (no cable) to stream all your favorites. High speed 1 gig internet.

Enjoyed the layout. So easy to get to the water. Brought our boat. Marina and boat landing close by. Kitchen very well appointed and place felt clean and fresh. One note—the 280 bridge is nearby so you will hear minor traffic. But we chose that location because of that convenience.

This is a beautiful home with a great view! The owner is easy to work with and made the process very easy. Our son got married in the area and the home was perfect for our immediate family to stay all together. We enjoyed swinging on the dock and having coffee/cocktails on the covered back patio. I was a little concerned that there would be a lot of road noise so close to the bridge, but we honestly didn’t even notice it. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again if we ever have a large group in the area. I really appreciate the owner taking some of the stress off such a stressful (but joy filled) weekend!

We have been guests/renters at Lake Martin since 2020 and finally made the plunge of getting our own house and use it for short term rentals. We hope you will enjoy this big beautiful lake as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

North side of the lake is much less traffic and usually NOT busy, with large coves and branches in every direction. This makes it possible to find good water for boarding and skiing all day any day and most wind conditions as well.

What makes this property unique

Right on the water, close to water, can see the water from nearly every room because the water wraps around the property, no steps from parking lot into and out of the house right down to the boat dock and boat. Very accessible.
