Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch SmartTV includes 140+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Sea Dip Resort!

The rental had a foul odor, the door lock took multiple tries to actually engage from the outside, there was a gap wide enough that I could see out into the entryway, and mold had been painted over on the bathroom ceiling. I checked out after staying 2 nights into an 18 day stay. I informed the host and his response was not helpful. He then had the audacity to ask me to leave a 5 star review because Vrbo banned rentals with negative reviews.

The studio condo has an excellent view and is in a great location. The place was clean and comfortable. The parking situation is not ideal. You get one parking pass even though the parking lot was half empty. My son whom lives in Port Orange couldn’t come visit unless he paid 30 to park on the beach in back of the condo, also the kitchen could use a few things. No drinking glasses, very minimal cooking utensils and no oven, and just a min fridge, so plan to eat out which is what I did. The value is very good. The price is very reasonable.
