New bungalow in downtown Old Fort. Walking distance to Hillman Brewing, coffee shops, bike rental/repair stores, several restaurants, and a grocery store. This house is also very close to trail heads and biking trails, just 45 miles from Wiseman's View and the beginning trails of Linville Gorge, plus an hour's drive, give or take, to Grandfather Mountain and the high country. In addition to that, you will be approximately 30 miles from downtown Asheville, and only 10 miles from downtown Black Mountain. This is an amazing location for nature lovers as well as history lovers.
