Bonnie was a fantastic host—great communication which allowed a smooth check-in/check-out. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our weekend stay. Only downside was the tricky parking and loudness outside, likely due to the Halloween holiday, but that was not in the host’s control. Overall, a lovely experience!

Location for going to a convention at the Arena is perfect walking distance. Or we did a beach day it’s just a street away. Give yourself plenty of time to find neighborhood parking. We found one right away and didn’t move our car until we left. However, I will say it’s a rough neighborhood and they did vandalize our back headlights…. The property is an old house ceilings lots of renovations nice kitchen. I gave the host some ideas and needing to add some serving bowls and paper goods in the kitchen. Which at the time was a big deal not having. Everything was surface clean, but if he really looked under the beds behind dressers for getting to the wall plugs, everything was a year worth of dust dirt and hair. Yuck . Yes it’s on the busiest Boulevard of Long Beach, but the unit itself is upstairs so that felt safer and quieter. You’re definitely in the city, even though you’re right by all the tourist things lots of homeless and crazy people of Long Beach. That’s what you get in Long Beach. But without saying the location was great. But we were ready for our own beds the mattresses you could hear the spring when you just sat on them…. There was an AC unit that actually worked really well in the bedroom and then the hose one in the living room. Can’t keep up to cool down that big place. 1400 ft.² is relatively big and it was nice and spacious.

We rented the house because we came to run the Long Beach Marathon. I think it was the best option in terms of location since it was just a few meters from the start and finish line. The house was in good condition and had everything we needed, but the best part was the service and attention we received.

The apartment is very clean and well located. However, the beds were only fairly comfortable and most importantly the apartment has no sound barrier to a major street. My family and I were not able to sleep because of consistent sirens, motorcycles, and cars speeding throughout the night. One of the two bedrooms you can hear the neighbors through when they are talking at a regular volume. We ended up leaving a night early because we couldn’t sleep. Great stay if you’re young, sleep well, and are out late anyways. But would not stay here if you have young kids or sounds keep you up.
