Contemporary lake front home on Lake Keowee, SC.
This modern lake house has unique architectural influences, with a magnificent view of the lake that makes for a perfect relaxing get away.
A stunning wall of glass gives you the feel of being on the lake in every part of the home.
Our dock is available for boat rentals from local company. Other amenities include a gas range, gas grill, ice maker, WiFi, 2 large plasma TV’s, whole house & outside stereo with Bluetooth.
20 miles from Clemson University.
Lake Keowee is one of the most beautiful lakes in SC. There are many local non-lake activities available from golfing to hiking.
Boat and jet ski rentals are available from third-party companies.
Please note we only allow groups of 6 or less. If there are children who can sleep on a couch we will allow 8 including them. We are in a very quiet neighborhood and do not allow loud parties. And we are firm on no pets.

Why they chose this property
I spent several years looking at lakes and lake home sites until I found this one. Lake Keowee is a beautiful, clean lake and great for families. Our neighborhood is an established quiet one with wonderful neighbors.
What makes this property unique
I built this home to give the maximum view of the lake. When you are here, you always know you are at the lake as you see it from almost every room.
