With 180 FEET OF SHORELINE, this FOUR bedroom FOUR bath 3000 sq ft home on "Turtle Cove" has water views from nearly every room and some mountain views. Open VERY WELL-APPOINTED KITCHEN with beverage fridge. All BATHROOMS REMODELED Jan/Feb 2022 with WALK-IN showers. Covered upper and lower decks are furnished to relax, dine, grill, or play cornhole in a PRIVATE setting. Lower deck has large FIREPIT TABLE and inside lower level includes a game/dining table, cozy seating area, games, and TV, plus bedroom (2 queen) and bathroom.
Enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise and sunset evenings on the DOUBLE DECKER DOCK with 20ft water depth off the end. PADDLEBOARD and KAYAK provided, and a Bennington TRITOON available for rent via separate agreement (May-Dec).
House accommodates up to 10 guests and has WI-FI reception on all levels, a great place to PLAY and/or WORK! Read guest reviews for candid feedback. This QUIET street is VERY WALKABLE with several nearby HIKING trails and WATERFALLS. LOCATION!!! A VERY DESIRABLE spot mid lake. 10 minutes to Seneca, 15 minutes to Clemson, 40 minutes to Greenville, 2 hours to Atlanta, and 1 hour to Highlands/Cashiers. CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN via keypad.

Great Lake House

This is an amazing house! Spacious for our family of 7. Wonderful time at this property with lots of fun lake time. Cathy was awesome to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Fully stocked with anything we needed. We will definitely stay at this property again as Cathy is an excellent host.

Such a Relaxing Wonderful Home!

Our family met our son at the VRBO during a recent holiday. He recently accepted a job in Greenville, and was not sure of his time off, so we decided this would be nice place to meet and chill and be together over a holiday. The house has every amenity one could think of! Beautiful views from every room! The home is immaculate. The view of the lake is stunning. I would highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was wonderful and efficient.

We reside in Charlotte, NC and were drawn to Lake Keowee with its pristine water, waterfalls, hiking, and nearby towns.

Why they chose this property

This home offers PRIVACY and WALKABILITY. The location on the water is right in the middle of the 26-mile lake, offering options to head north or south. The position provides for great water and views without the extremes of main channel and trees to provide some protection from morning and afternoon sun.

What makes this property unique

Privacy on decks. Ability to walk the area without going onto a main road, good parking, best combination of mountain and lake. We knew this was the right house to share with our guests the moment we walked in!
