Good morning! Unfortunately commmunication was not fluid and we tried several times to attempt to remedy. Our managers went over there after you vacated and said there were no issues to the door. I tried to explain via VRBO texting system that a certain button needed to be pushed on the door lock. There was no malfunction on the lock at all. I’m sorry you were not able to receive our texts .

My second stay at Pura Vida was much like the first, fantastic. Friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Good view, nice decks and stocked with everything needed for preparing meals and going to the beach. Working generator and extra tank in case power went out, in order to run water pump and power electronics or refrigerator. I'll be back.
