The studio features a quiet split-unit AC system and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for both relaxation and productivity.
The queen-size bed is extra comfortable, dressed with soft linens and multiple plush pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. On each side of the bed, you'll find nightstands with modern table lamps, each equipped with AC outlets and USB-A & USB-C ports for convenient device charging.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all your cooking needs. It includes a countertop double cast iron burner, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, frying pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether it's a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner at home.

The studio includes a designated dining area and a separate workspace/study area, giving you comfort and flexibility whether you're working, studying, or enjoying a quiet meal. For entertainment, enjoy the 40" smart Roku TV with Netflix and for added convenience, a spacious closet with a luggage bench, iron, and ironing board is also available.

The private full bathroom features a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and all the essentials to help you settle in and feel at home from day one.

You will not share any space with other guests or the host, the entire studio is exclusively yours. The hosts were very good with communication regarding check in and out.The rental had everything we needed and was very comfortable and quiet.Everything was fantastic, the only recommendation I have is that we would have liked a larger, firmer mattress. We are 2 larger adults and we were a little cramped. It was very well appointed and decorated. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The studio was beautiful, clean (spotless) and the host very attentive (Arien). The shower was beautiful as well. We like to cook breakfast therefore the electric cooktop was adequate for making breakfast. The kitchen is very large for the studio with an island to sit at all up to date with a large stainless steel sink. Water pressure was perfect compared to other VRBOs Ive stayed at. The place was near my family so i could tend to my 83 year old dads needs and spent New Years in Port Richey. Looking to stay again soon Edward from New York

Host was responsive. I appreciated that. The room was cozy and modern. The bedding was a polyester nightmare. Please invest in cotton bedding. The air conditioning was so cold I needed my winter jacket. The shower liner was cheap disgusting plastic and could use an upgrade. Also, not a napkin or paper towel in the kitchenette-bring your own.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the room cozy and appreciated my responsiveness. For clarity, an initial check-in issue occurred because the guest attempted to enter a neighboring home instead of following the provided instructions. Once redirected, access was straightforward. Clear communication typically resolves concerns quickly, and I am always available to assist; however, clear instructions are within the platform and I really do not know how she ended in my neighbor’s property (future hosts be aware) The property has consistently received 5-star reviews across different platforms, and no prior guests have raised concerns about the bedding, shower liner, or amenities. The split AC system includes both heating and cooling and is fully adjustable via remote for personal comfort. A simple message to me would’ve resolved your cooling problem since I would’ve guided you through the AC remote, which is also clear in the listing description that the AC unit has cooling and heating systems. I also accommodated a late checkout request for this stay. I remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented space for all guests.
