Waterfront Cute Tropical jungle to sit out back and enjoy the fire pit with a beverage. It is a quaint little town with fishing and shrimping, visit Hudson Beach, Inn On The Gulf, Sam's Beach Bar and watch the shrimp boats come in. Get Hooked and Ollie's on the beach is more local favorite restaurants or get some ice cream at Hudson Beach cream parlor and All is within a few minutes drive. Cute little Cottage with Lush Tropical Foliage so thick you would think your in a jungle. The cottage is on the water so launch the provided kayaks straight from the floating dock. just 5 minutes Kayak to the open Gulf waters. We have installed a Kayak saddle on the side of the Floating Dock for easy in and out with the Kayaks. From the moment you pull up to the home and enter through the double gate you will think that you are in a Tropical Paradise with the many Palms and plants and flowers. You have all the amenities here that you would at home AC, Heat, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Coffee Maker, Microwave, etc., Towels, Linens, W/D unit.

Back Yard:
There is a Large Canoe and 2 Kayaks to go exploring. we also have outdoor table with Umbrella for shade.
Gulf Waters:
Boat size recommendation is medium size Bay Boat up to (18 ft) Bigger boats or more than 2 ft draft is not recommended. The Canal its self is good unless an excessive low tide, then once your in the Gulf waters sometimes the Low Tide can be as low as 2 feet. if you are the Avid Fisherman we are centrally located for fishing in the Gulf or the Back Country, we have a floating dock that makes tying up a breeze. Be mindful of the location of the canal coming in and out which is marked with Small White Pipes, GPS is recommended. Our canal is located between the "Sea Pines Channel"(north) and the "Hudson Beach Channel" (south) once you go out once it is fairly easy to find.
Entertainment in the Area:
Sams Beach Bar is a fantastic place to relax and get a few drinks and some great food it is the happening place in Hudson.
Inn On The Gulf Restaurant is very popular with the locals and a great place to have seafood.

Why they chose this property
I really love the uniqueness of the home. The day we looked at the house we knew it was the house to purchase. If I didn't already live on the water in Weeki Wachee I would love to live here full time. It reminds me of a little cottage in the Caribbean or the Florida Keys. There are many places to visit and it is centrally located to visit all the way down to St. Pete or all the way up to Crystal River. There is a lot of Back Country Fishing in the area.
What makes this property unique
Many windows looking out to the water with the Rustic Tropical feel of the yard. 5 minutes idle speed to the Gulf.
Fenced Yard, very private
