Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club 2/2 Condo- beautiful Gulf and Bay views!

Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club is a twelve-story luxury high-rise condominium facing the Gulf of Mexico in the front and Little Sabine Bay in the back, with beach access across the street. We are on the 7th floor. You can take a scenic 5-minute walk to the heart of beach activities that include a stroll on the fishing pier, shopping, restaurants, and bars with live music. If riding sounds more appealing, a seasonal trolley stops at the front entrance of Sabine to transport passengers up and down the beach at no charge.
The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath and overlooks the bay. The second bedroom has a queen size bed a single and also overlooks the bay. This room has a closet to hang clothing and also a large dresser. Please note that there are NO blinds or curtains on the glass sliding doors/windows. I recommend bringing a sleep mask. There are 2 televisions and internet access. WIFI is available inside condo and the clubhouse. There is a large swimming pool on the north side of the building, overlooking the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guests can enjoy tennis courts, fitness center, sauna and a boat launch. A boat slip rental is available. A bike and walking path runs in front of the building and the white sands of Pensacola Beach are directly across the street. Historic Fort Pickens is only 2 miles away.
We require online booking only and a minimum of 5 night stay.
The master bedroom closet is closed off, however there is a dresser in this room and a large closet in the 2nd bedroom and 1 empty dresser for clothing.
Our cancellation policy is a full refund 14 days prior to check- in minus any credit card, VRBO fees.
I offer long term off season discounts. There is no discount offered for summer season.

There will be an extra $50 cleaning fee for excessive sand removal from condo. Please rinse off all sand before entering to avoid this fee.
Please leave 2 key cards in the lockbox. There will be 2 inside the condo for your use during your stay.

Great location! Close to everything but not rite on the main strip that’s so busy you can get out of the parking lot so we loved missing that traffic beautiful view, very clean great place to stay and would definitely stay again! I would only recommend that the bedrooms have some over head lighting maybe with a fan the lamps were just not bright enough in the evening hours for my family but a Very relaxing environment!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club, 7D, at Pensacola Beach. Amy, the host, was very easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. The condo is a very comfortable and well stocked place to stay with furniture that is in very good condition, some quite new. It is very nicely decorated to enhance a beach home feel. The views from the large deck are absolutely outstanding. There are water views as far as you can see including Little Sabine Bay, the Sound, and Pensacola Bay. There is also a beautiful view from the end of the deck towards the main Pensacola Beach area including the Gulf beach line and large fishing pier.I highly recommend this condo for your next Pensacola Beach visit.

The building is very nice. Plenty of parking. The condo had plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. You will have to walk to get to the beach access BUT it’s only 5 minutes and that part of the beach was not crowded. The have a spacious laundry room with commercial washers so you will need quarters if you like to do laundry.

My 95 year old mother and I stayed for a month. Facility was clean but not set up for older people ( no handholds in bathroom) . Mom is capable of handling it so we had no trouble. Otherwise quiet and restful and fun for us !

Great roomy condo with a great bay view.

Condo was very roomy with a large open living room, dining room, kitchen combination. Master bedroom was spacious with it’s own private bath. Second bedroom was normal size but bunk bed made it feel roomy. Second bath was across second bedroom. Balcony was good size and view was great. Only drawback is no washer/dryer in the condo, but there is a washeteria on ground floor. If you are staying a week that is really not a big problem. Would definitely rent here again. Owner was easily accessible and was very friendly and accommodating.

Hot week in Pensacola Beach

The air conditioner failed while we were there. The owner said additional coolant could not be found for the unit? It will be replaced the week after we left. Was sent 3 box fans. They only moved the hot air around. Asked VRBO for a partial refund for the 80 degree sleeping conditions. All we got was a hot unpleasent stay. Very disappointed.

The property was very clean. It has been remodeled from the pics on the website. I thought it was beautiful. Very spacious and open. Rooms are big. We had a great time and loved everything. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms in this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen and all rooms are well thought out with a comfortable stay in mind. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the bay or the beach. We will hopefully return soon! thank you

We’ve stayed at Sabine multiple times. Love the location close to everything with easy walk to beach. Very beautiful views of the bay! Older unit that could use some upgrades but very comfortable. All the comforts of home in the kitchen. Glad they had box fans as I forgot mine.
