The host was always easy to get ahold of and responded in a quick manner. Some things were broken in the home but it was a great fit for our big family. Beds were comfortable and close to Disney. We would stay again.

Absolutely awful, I do not recommend booking. 5 out of the 7 bedrooms did not have working air condition. The host would not respond to our messages about needing the AC to be fixed. Terrible stay. Do not book.

We had an ac technician come out as soon as possible and the ac was fixed. Guest is upset because we gave them a 1000$ refund but they wanted more

This host was gracious and kind to us from the start! We were multiple families staying together so finding this house with so many bedrooms and bathrooms made us very excited for this trip. After some initial missed connections in the day leading up to check in, host was responsive and helpful with any questions and remained in close contact during the stay. The house has a lot of character and is suitable for large families, especially with those heading to Disney as many rooms were themed with cute touches. There were multiple places where smaller groups could gather, so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Hot water was plentiful in this home and the beds were comfortable. The host has done a nice job of keeping the house ready for guests and we were pleasantly surprised with some of the amenities. Large kitchen, comfortable seating, wonderful outdoor space, two washers and dryers, and close to things we needed made this house help make our trip one of the most memorable ones we’ve had.

This was the perfect property for family and friends. Incredibly spacious, clean, great central location to entertainment and shopping. Good communication from the friendly host and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would happily stay here again. Thank you for everything.

This location is pretty great for a large group, the property manager was great with communicating with me whenever I needed anything! Only thing was the oven wasn’t working and they had to send a tech out to fix it, which I get things happen but apparently they knew about it before we checked in. The cornhole boards are actually fabric and plastic tubes and they’re broken. There are 2 sets of washer and dryers which was amazing for the amount of people we had there! Also, it did get a little warm upstairs and had to get fans for the people staying up there. There’s also not an AC unit in the master bedroom. Otherwise the location was very clean and the kids LOVED the arcade games! We also loved the location of the VRBO and how close it was to Disneyland!

Great property extremely well mainted and clean and very spacious definitely matches the pictures. The host was not as communicative which was definitely a downside as we had some hiccups with direction, did not reach out with check in details untill prompted, I had to text and call to get information etc but after the first night it went much better. I think saw another review alluding to the same thing. Otherwise great property and would definitely stay again.
