Smoke & alcohol-free, shoeless, the property serves the community with it's separate sacred temple, hosting free gentle yoga & meditation gatherings weekly.
Walk to beach, local shops, & cafes. Private front yard (accessible only to guests and property owners who maintain the gardens), lush gardens & furnished deck. Total privacy (owners will text when needing front yard access for gardening). Home is a cozy remodeled duplex unit w/ hardwood floors. Full kitchen, bathroom w/ shower/tub, dining area, living room w/ futon bed. Outdoor shower for the beach rinse.
The serene bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The living room offers an additional cozy futon for extra guests. Enjoy the nice amenities like WiFi, heating, and a hairdryer provided for your convenience. Step outside to the beautiful surroundings and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Kindly leave our sanctuary in the condition you found it when you checked-in. Place key on dining room table and leave the front door unlocked when you leave.
Our cleaning fee does not cover costs for vacuuming, washing dishes, cleaning sinks (bathroom and kitchen), tub and toilet, cleaning refrigerator, stove, counters, and dining table and chairs/benches.
Put trash in the receptacles next to garage door (recyclables in the blue receptacle, other in the grey).Place fresh trash bags (under kitchen sink) in waste receptacles.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
