With Beacon Beach just a mile away and access to Moonlight Beach, Swami’s Beach, and others only minutes by car, you can enjoy the coastal life at your fingertips. With proximity to Hwy 101 and the I-5, explore San Diego’s greatest surfing spots like Beacons, Stonesteps, Grandview, and some if the best food like Buena Forchetta, Kotija Jr., or Corner Pizza. Hop on the I-5 to explore Legoland, the Delmar Fairgrounds, San Elijo Lagoon, San Diego Botanic Gardens, and more. Enjoy coffee at Lofty Coffee, Coffee Coffee, or 4til5 then spend the day at the beach and relax in the sun. Umbrella sets and beach toys are provided. This home ideal for family or work retreat for 4-10 people. ***Please note the STANDARD price on the platform is for 4 people ONLY***. The 5th guest has to pay extra fee per night. The property has 4 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in each of other 3 bedrooms, and a full sofa bed in each of living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking tools for meal prep and moments for bonding. Floor mattresses can be provided if more sleeping area are needed. Guests can access all areas within the fenced property only.

Great house & excellent stay!

I was in town for a soccer tournament in Oceanside and this house gave my family the space we needed as opposed to staying in the expensive team hotel. We were able to utilize all four bedrooms, which had a lot of space and [mostly] comfy beds! The kitchen had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed the space. The highway is pretty loud, but the bedrooms are in the back of the house and the windows are pretty high-quality. Dayna was super nice & I Highly recommend!

Good family gathering place

The house is nicely set up for family members with a room right next to the master (great for young kids) and two additional bedrooms. The host made the place welcoming for children (we had a 1 year old). She was very responsive to questions. The freeway is close, but bedrooms are insulated so there is a buffer. Great location for getting to various destinations.

Sufficient and reasonable for our needs.

Thoughts on improvements: The desk/chair in the master bedroom could use a lamp of some type to give additional lighting for using this to apply makeup, etc. Mattress in master bedroom was fine; however, the other three bedrooms could have used a better quality of mattress. Hostess was great to communicate with on any questions, etc.

All depends on what you’re looking for

Host is really responsive. Inside of place is really nice BUT you are right off of the highway and it’s loud. Bedrooms are in back of house so it’s actually fine in back, but front of house is loud. Again, very well kept though. It’s really a short ride to the beach and you’re right off the highway so if you’re just looking for a place to crash this is a great place. Driveway is also incredibly steep. So it all depends on what you’re expecting and looking for. It worked well for us.
