Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for unauthorized parties or events, plus any additional cleaning, damages, or extra guest charges. Our place is intended for quiet enjoyment and accommodation for our guests not exceeding 3 guests unless an exception is authorized by the hosts. All guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. Undisclosed guests will be charged $50 per person per night and may result in immediate cancellation.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Only 5 minutes or less by car to several locations of interest, including Pasqua Hospital (4 mins drive), Mosaic Stadium for the Roughriders (3 mins drive or 17 mins walk), Real District/Agribition/Exhibition (4 mins drive or 16 mins walk), Casino Regina (5 mins drive or 37 mins walk). Cornwall Mall is 9 mins drive and Wal-Mart is 8 mins away. Regina International Airport is 2 mins drive. Good Morning Favour House is a complete home-away-from-home, featuring a full kitchen (stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cutlery etc.), Washer & Dryer, cozy & spaces bedrooms, WiFi, Smart TV, nice balcony, Streaming Netflix, and much more. The 5-guest maximum capacity is based on the assumption of one couple per bed in each of the two bedrooms in each suite (4 guests) and one other additional guest sleeping on a coach bed. We keep extra one pillow, one bedsheet and one blanket in the closet for the 5th guest on the coach bed if needed. As our guest, you get to have access to the entire suite: two bedrooms, a full kitchen, spacious open concept living/dinning kitchen space and 24/7 WiFi access. Direct access to Suite B is from the parking lot in the back. Walkup to the wooden stairs to the "B" Door. Touch the Halo Lock Screen twice or until all numbers from "0" to "9" are displayed. Then enter the 4-digit passcode provided to the guest in message from Host to Guest through the AirBnB App. You should hear the sound of the motor retracting the deadbolt and the "tick" sign is displayed to show the door is open for the guest to enter. Turn the door knob per normal and push door to open. Each bedroom has electronic locks with physical key hanging in each lock. Guests needing privacy while in bed may choose to remove the physical key to prevent uninvited access. The passcode for the lock to each bedroom will be provided to guests upon check-in. We want our guests to feel welcome but to also relish in the privacy of their stay at our property. We have the option of self-check-in and self-check-out with minimal interaction the host using our remotely controlled electronic door locks. Or if preferred by our guests, we are happy to meet and greet our guests upon arrival whenever possible.
