Condo on the Pond Alpine Village
3-bedroom/ 3-bath Alpine Village condo right on the pond. Wake up to peaceful water views, sip coffee on the deck, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Walk to shops, breweries, restaurants, and swimming holes. This is the perfect, centrally located condo to retreat to after a day of exploring in the White Mountains
The main level offers a half bath, living/dining/kitchen area, and a living room with access to large deck overlooking the pond.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with laundry
lower level is a walkout basement with an additional bedroom and bathroom
PER HOA- FIREPLACE USE BY RENTERS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Although this unit is not pet friendly, the owners dog does stay in the condo so It is not advised for those with allergies.
