We're so sorry that the apartment did not have adequate heat to withstand the unusually cold temperatures that week. Cold weather like that only happens here every 10 - 15 years, so it was very unusual and most houses here don't have heating or the heating is not adequate. We're happy that you were able to find an alternative quickly and were also happy to refund. Thank you.
