!!ATTENTION!! Here is important information to enhance your stay.

Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs is inevitable.

Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.

Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.

Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.

We had the best time! This property is beautiful! Having its own pool was such a huge plus for us! We had some bear friends show up almost every day and it was so neat to see. The hosts were so responsive and such a pleasure to work with! We can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was AMAZING. It is nestled in a quiet area but so convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We even had some bear friends come visit! We traveled with 5 children and 4 adults, the cabin easily and comfortably slept all of us! The pool and hot tub were a welcomed extra, and heated perfectly! The owners were incredible and even checked in with us during our stay. If I could rate this cabin and owners higher than 5 stars I definitely would! 100/10 for the property, safety, owners, communication..everything went flawlessly. We will definitely be staying again!
