When we arrived and texted for the code to the house, we were told the account was deactivated. We had to find a hotel that takes dogs last minute for my daughter’s UB family weekend. Ended up paying twice as much.

Never stayed at the property

I was informed by the host the morning that we were to arrive at the property that it was double booked (just found out from a VRBO rep that it was because they didn’t “sync their calendar” with another vacation rental platform). My kids and I had to scramble to find a hotel that ended up being twice as much as this VRBO rental. Worst part is that it’s 2 weeks later and I still have not been refunded the money.
