Outdoor TV so you never miss a game while the kids splash in the pool. Family meals are a breeze with a large table indoors in the open concept living room. Fun coffee bar and the kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar that looks out to the pool. 2 outdoor tables and lounge chairs for sunning on the lanai. This home sits on a fresh water canal where guests can enjoy their morning coffee, or sip cocktails on the dock, throw in a rod and reel for your catch of the day. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty leftover food containers. Leftover food will be donated. Load and run dishwasher, the cleaners will put the dishes away.
Please wash and dry the towels, the cleaners will fold them
Please empty the trash and recycle. If you departure falls on the day of trash pickup, please bring the bins to the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Empty stored food containers, left over food will be donated. Load and run the dishwasher, the cleaners will unload the dishwasher.

We have come to this rental a couple of times with our family over the years and always look forward to coming back! The minute we walk into the home we feel relaxed and at peace. The pool was sparkling and perfect temperature. We enjoy that the kitchen is more than stocked so we can make a lot of our meals at home. We are fussy about beds and sleep so well when we are here. We cant recommend this home enough. And the neighbors are so sweet and welcoming whenever we run into them. You wont be disappointed when renting this home!

Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dieser Location. Grundsätzlich, ein schöner Platz zum erholen. Vielleicht sollte man überlegen, den Masterbedroom und Masterbathroom durch eine Tür zu teilen. Dieser offene Bereich ist in manchen Situationen nicht immer schön.Hier und da müsste auch etwas renoviert werden.
